The Astoria Group

The Astoria Group is a proud family owned property and investment company who have a proud history in development spanning more than 60 years. We undertake a range of projects including retirement villages, apartment and housing construction, land subdivision, commercial buildings and industrial estates.

We involve ourselves in all aspects of the development process from master planning and design, to construction, sales, property maintenance and management. We retain tight control over our projects from the start to the finish to ensure that they are completed to endure time and provide exceptional value. Our developments have an in-house property services team to ensure our buildings are maintained to an exceptional standard.

Our strength lies in our innovation and expertise, from our hands-on directors to our skilled and trusted employees. We place a strong emphasis on environmental considerations and sustainability and have earned a reputation for honesty and quality without compromise.

Village Management

The Orchards Village is owned, Operated and Managed by Astoria Platinum Villages Pty Ltd which is part of The Astoria Group of companies.

Mr Terry Shanahan is the Managing Director of Astoria Platinum Villages Pty Ltd and is involved on a daily basis with all the Villages under the Astoria Platinum Village business from design, build, maintenance and operation. Terry ensures the Villages are managed professionally.

The Orchards has a dedicated Village Manager and operations team who maintain a happy and vigilant eye on all the happenings at The Orchards. The Village office is manned from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, (excluding public holidays)

The Shanahan family take great pride in their personal involvement in Village management, and is part of our commitment to the Astoria Group goal of "Family Designed, Built and Managed".
